​Enjaz Card is a prepaid card that allows Enjaz customers to remit internationally 24/7 through the E-Channles,​ It is issued instantly to the customer through Enjaz Centers without the need for any credit approvals, enabling the cardholder to enjoy the following services:
  • Recharge Enjaz card balance at any time via Bank Albilad Cash deposit ATMs.

  • Recharge Enjaz card balance anytime by receiving an incoming transfer from any local bank account.

How to activate Enjaz card and set the PIN code?
​​Yes. To benefit from the card, you need to activate it first, as follows:
  • After receiving your card from Enjaz branch, visit the nearest Bank Albilad ATM
  • Insert Enjaz card into the Bank Albilad ATM card reader.
  • You will receive a text message with an activation code on your mobile number registered in your Enjaz membership.
  • Enter the activation code on the Bank Albilad ATM screen.
  • After entering the correct activation code, you will be asked to create a 4-digit PIN code.
  • Then, re-enter the 4-digit PIN code for confirmation.​
Do I need to add my current beneficiaries again to be able to transfer through Bank Albilad ATMs?

No, you can transfer to all your current beneficiaries at any time through Bank Al-Bilad ATMs without the need to visit the branch.​

How to add a new beneficiary or to update current beneficiary info?
​You can add a new beneficiary or update current beneficiary info through Enjaz App, Enjaz Website or any Enjaz branch
Can I get more than one card or additional cards?

A customer is entitled to have only one active card​​

I have a company and I wish to install a device in it, permanently, what is the terms and conditions?
Yes, the device can be provided according to the following terms and conditions:
  • You can set up a device if you have around 500 employees.
  • There is electricity at the location.
  • The location is covered by 4G network.
  • You can request the device by sending an email to Enjaz sales unit and mentioning the name of the facility. The sales email is EnjazSales@bankalbilad.com
Can you send a customer service agent to temporarily provide the service at locations?

Yes, on the condition that there are at least 20 transactions in order to have a visit from our customer service agent to provide the service. You can order this service through by sending an email to EnjazSales@bankalbilad.com

Can I get the remaining amount in cash after paying the cash transfer?

Yes, you will be able to get the remain cash amount in cash, and if the cash amount is not available, a voucher will be printed with the remaining amount and claim it to the teller in order to receive the remaining amount in cash​​

What if my transaction is failed and the money is debited from my bank account?
